Returns & Repairs

For your protection, purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit or debit card, and must be received by someone at the billing address. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

K22 Jewellery Design cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays and apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.


Gift wrapping

Products purchased from k22 jewellery design arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature k22 Jewellery Design box. K22 Jewellery Design gift bags are also enclosed with each package.



K22 Jewellery Design does offer a repair service. If you have a repair question, please email at with a detailed repair request, description of item(s) purchased, and your full contact details including name, address, email and telephone number.
Repairs for item(s) purchased from K22 jewellery Design are free of charge except  for some, in which  the amount of repair work required is axcessive. Please note that some repairs may require full remaking of the piece. You will be responsible for all delivery costs to and from our repair facility.


Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items, except customised pieces, within 14 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which we cannot refund. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping.
To return an item, please complete the Form or contact us at  and we will go through the straightforward returns process with you.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return in the same condition as received, i.e. without having unsealed or has violated the packaging and certainly not used, along with the invoice.
In case of refund and depending on how you choose to pay for your order and the way to prepare the return, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment.

Return and Exchange

You may return and exchange a product purchased on the website only if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. You may exchange the products strictly within 15 days.
If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the customer as applicable, will be charged the difference in price.
If the exchanged item is less expensive than the returned product, K22 Jewellery Design will not return any difference in price and the customer should order as many products as to fulfil the initial price of the order. You can only once exchange or return an item.

All orders over 50€ are delivered with courier service at no charge
All the rest are delivered free of charge registered with the local post, or with an express courier at the cost of  5 €


For European Union countries:

Standard delivery :  free of charge
  Delivery time : 7-10 days

Express delivery  DHL :  30 euro

Usa and Canada:

Standard delivery 10-15 days,

 €10 for orders up to 50 Euro

Above €50 free delivery
